Cancellation Policy

At ABC Gwinnett, we understand that life is unpredictable and plans may change. Our goal is to provide flexible and reliable service for all our valued customers. To maintain fairness and ensure exceptional service, we have established the following cancellation policy:

First Cancellation (Within 24 Hours of Appointment)

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice for the first time within a calendar year, we will waive any cancellation fees. We understand unexpected situations arise, and this one-time forgiveness is our way of accommodating such circumstances.

Second Cancellation (Within 24 Hours of Appointment)

Similarly, if you cancel a second time within 24 hours of your appointment in the same calendar year, we will waive the cancellation fee again. This reflects our commitment to flexibility and your trust in our services.

Third and Subsequent Cancellations (Within 24 Hours of Appointment)

​

For the third and any subsequent cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment in the same calendar year, a $25 cancellation fee will apply.

This fee must be paid before scheduling any new appointments.

Why We Charge a Cancellation Fee

Last-minute cancellations disrupt our team’s schedule and reduce our ability to serve other customers. The fee ensures fairness for our staff and clients while helping us maintain the high-quality service you expect.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

To avoid any fees, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
